How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails and messages?

You can update your communication preferences at any time through your account.

To unsubscribe:

1. Log into your PlayFame account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Communication Preferences.
4. Select the communication types you'd like to unsubscribe from.
5. Save your changes.

You can also unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of any promotional email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your communication preferences to be updated.
