Step 1: Identity Verification (ID Validation)
- You must provide a clear, real-time photograph of an unexpired, government-issued photo identification document.
- Accepted Document Types: Passport, Driver’s License, or State/National Identification Card.
Step 2: Proof of Address (POA Validation)
- You must upload a clear photograph or official document confirming your residential location.
- Accepted Document Types: Utility bills (electricity, water, gas), landline or mobile phone bills, bank statements, credit card statements, or formal lease agreements.
- Strict Validity Window: Your Proof of Address document must be issued within the last 90 days from the date of submission.
Technical Upload Requirements:
- No Digital Screenshots: For compliance and fraud-prevention purposes, our Veriff verification system strictly bans digital screenshots of any kind. You must upload a raw photograph or an official document file.
- Accepted File Formats: All files must utilize native file extensions.
- Maximum Visibility: Your documents must be placed on a flat surface in a well-lit area. All four corners of the document must be clearly visible inside the camera frame, and there must be no camera flash glare covering vital text.
- Latin Alphabet: All document fields, names, and addresses must be printed using the standard Latin alphabet.
Verification Timelines & Redemption Requirements: Once you submit your documents through the Veriff gateway, our compliance squad will evaluate your files within 48 hours.
