How to submit payment verification:
- Go to the website and log into your account.
- Click on My Account.
- Upload your files under the Payment Method Verification section.
Requirements by Payment Type:
- Physical Credit/Debit Cards: A clear photo of the required credit card. Please do not hide or mask any numbers so that the system can verify the document.
- Virtual/Prepaid Cards: Provide a formal proof of purchase or receipt matching your registered name.
- Skrill Virtual Cards: Provide screenshots or a video showing your name, expiry date, and the first 6 and last 4 digits.
- Apple Cash: Provide a screenshot from your Wallet app or Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay displaying your card details.
- Google Pay: Provide a photo of the physical card or a screenshot of the Google Pay app showing the virtual account number alongside the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number.
Reviews typically take up to 48 hours. If a card status displays "Verification Failed," please contact support so we can provide a new secure link or further instructions.
