If you cannot sign in, the steps depend on how you created your PlayFame account.
Email and password sign-in
- Go to the PlayFame sign-in screen and select Forgot password.
- Enter the email address registered to your account.
- Open the reset email we send you and follow the link.
- Choose a new password and sign in.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder before requesting another link.
Google sign-in
If you registered using Google, your password is managed by Google rather than by PlayFame. Reset it through your Google Account security settings, then return to PlayFame and sign in with Google.
Apple ID sign-in
If you registered using your Apple ID, your password is managed by Apple. Reset it through your Apple ID account settings, then return to PlayFame and sign in with Apple.
If you are not sure which method you used, try signing in with each option available on the sign-in screen — your account will open with the correct one.
