- Social Authentication: If you originally registered using Apple ID, Google, or Facebook, you must click that exact social button to access your account. Trying to manually type your email and password into the standard login fields will fail because your profile requires a secure social network token handshake.
- Temporary Account Lock: For your complete protection, typing incorrect credentials or a wrong password repeatedly will automatically place a temporary 30-minute security lock on your account. Our customer service agents cannot manually bypass this security cooldown; you must wait the full 30 minutes before trying to log in again.
- Active Account Timeouts: If you previously requested a voluntary timeout or self-exclusion via our Player Trust and Safety controls, your access will remain strictly blocked until your chosen timeout period concludes.
