If you're having trouble registering your PlayFame account, it's usually due to one of these security checks:
- Prohibited Territories: We use location-checking software. If you're in a restricted state or country, or using a VPN to hide your location, you won't be able to create an account.
- Duplicate Account: To keep things fair and secure, we only allow one active account per person. If your email, name, or IP address is already linked to an account, you can't make a new one.
- Age Limit: You need to be at least 21 to join. If the birthday you enter shows you're younger than that, your registration won't go through.
